This page explains what we keep when you contact us or moor at our marina, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you inquire about a slip or send us a message, we keep what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, vessel details, and the specifics of your mooring request.
Our site also records standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, so we can identify any issues with navigation or loading speeds.
Conversation logs are retained while you're in touch with us and for a short time after. Records linked to a booking or service stay longer, as we may need to refer back to them for maintenance, scheduling or incident reports.
We do not sell visitor information. It is shared only with the services that help us operate the marina, and only the specific details they need to perform their role.
Access is limited to staff who require it, and all information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Contact us directly and we will confirm once the request is completed.
