You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own use. Please do not copy or republish them without permission, or represent the content as your own.
A request submitted through the site is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is final once we have confirmed the mooring or service, the fee and the dates in writing.
We take on a limited number of seasonal mooring agreements and service contracts. If we cannot accommodate your boat safely, or cannot deliver the service you need by your required date, we will tell you rather than overcommit.
All fees are confirmed before any service begins, and a deposit is typically required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your boat is launched or before the service is completed.
Our wooden docks, piers and facilities show natural variation in wood tone, grain and weathering from structure to structure. Photographs cannot capture these qualities exactly as they appear on the water. These variations are inherent to quality timber construction, not defects.
We prepare each mooring space and launch point with care and maintain all facilities to the highest standard before you arrive. If any structural issue or hazard is discovered during your stay, report it to us within a few days and we will address it promptly or relocate you at no charge.
A mooring or service booked to your specific requirements cannot be cancelled or transferred unless there is a genuine safety concern, since the arrangement was made exclusively for you.

We guarantee the craftsmanship of every boat and dock we build and will repair any fault in our work. We cannot be responsible for damage from weather, heavy use, collision or neglect.
